   Shipping & Delivery policy

  • Delivery charges are determined based on each Happy Pencil's product 

  • Estimated delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days, though this timeline may vary due to product availability.

  • Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  •  If your order cannot be serviced by our delivery partners or merchants, or if your area is not covered, we may request an alternate shipping address from you. In such cases where an area is not covered by Happy Pencils, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.

  • For orders containing multiple products, we strive to ship them together. However, logistical constraints or product characteristics may prevent this. If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, they will be sent to a single shipping address provided by you. If you require products to be shipped to different addresses, separate orders should be placed accordingly.

  Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer a refund or exchange on the sold products.

  • Our Products are not eligible for a refund. 

  • In case of defect, buyer can contact customer support and send the item to the provided address.

  Missing Items

  • Although We Take Every Precaution to Process Your Order, If You Find That Any Item Is Missing From The Package. Please Drop An Email Along With The Photograph Of The Package To contact@happypencils.in within 12 hours of delivery.

  Sale items

  • Unfortunately, sale items are considered as final sales and cannot be refunded or canceled.​
